who felt the need to eat vegetables. Even based on some of the nutritional therapy training,

I was taught, well, you've got to have seven or eight or nine servings of vegetables, and I didn't

feel good with those. And it wasn't until I started practicing that I noticed that many other people

When I eat broccoli, when I eat avocado, when I eat sometimes even apples, I have a reaction.

So should I minimize fruits and veggies?

In a lot of cases, until we get the gut resolved, the answer was always yes.

And looking into some of the research on nutrient depletion and nutrient

deficiencies, I measure all of this using organic acids testing. Almost everyone is deficient

in B vitamins, vitamin C, glutathione, neurotransmitters. And I can tell you that it's directly linked to
