And we're chefs. We met in culinary school and fell in love

huddled together at the bottom of a bunk bed just flipping through a modernist

cookbook together. Every food you eat has a story. In deep dish, Sola and ham will deep dive into the surprising stories behind

a range of dishes, talking with chefs, artisans, and experts.

Bagel shops were popping up every place, and that's the point at which the mafia decided to get involved.

Wait, what? This is like a secret mob story? I did not see that coming.
