It's a brand new podcast called Deep Dish.

It's part Detective Show, part Quest Through History, and part cooking class.

And I'm so excited about the hosts, our old friends, Sola and Ham El Whaley.

You've heard them here on the show before.

Ham and Sola are a husband and wife team.

They're both chefs, recipe developers and YouTube stars.

You might have seen their New York Times cooking videos.

Sola also has a YouTube series for history channel called Ancient Recipes.

And her first cookbook, start here. It was just named one of the best cookbooks of

2023 of the New York Times. Now in each episode of Deep dish, she'll hear the

surprising story behind a food and get a window into how Sola and ham think
