All right, welcome to the Brain Food Podcast today. It's, we just had a little chat before we started

recording today about kind of how today's episode is it's definitely got its depressing elements.

In fact, it's, I'd say it's largely depressing, but there's like bits of uplifting happiness

or like less misery. Perhaps it would be a better way of describing it throughout this episode.

It's in, it's a bit dark in places.

It's definitely dark as well.

But this guy is amazing, the main subject of the thing. He's a,

I don't know, this is sort of going to be like a darker version of the Teddy Roosevelt, like

awesome guy episode. Like this guy's an amazing person and worth talking about. I think one of my

favorite topics we've covered on today I found out. And so I to cover him here because he's fascinating. Absolute balls of steel. Yeah. Like the Roosevelt going down the Potomac, what was the river, he went down? Was it the Potomac? Am I getting that right? That would be awesome. No, that's the one he swam, I believe, in the wintertime. Of course I would screw it up. But yeah, and this guy goes on his own adventure, just a slightly

more darker one, because today we're talking about the man who literally volunteered to be

a prisoner at Auschwitz, the famous concentration camp. So it's going to get dark, but I think

it's a good one. Should we, uh, well, like we were, we were just in, in the US for VidCon, which is a very large annual, um, VidCon, uh, YouTube, sorry, conference. And so I was, we were listening to a couple of episodes and like critiquing ourselves on, on the drive down. We drove from Seattle to

Los Angeles. And so we were talking about how we're going to cross that 100 reviews mark.

And then I realized we crossed that a while ago. It's just we, you know, recorded them all two

weeks before that. So today is kind of the first day, although we're at some 100 and something

reviews now. What is it at like 120 something? 138, I believe, was what it rings in today. So we are well past our 100 reviews mark. But what we did is we have an announcement. We have our winners of the first 100 reviews. So basically everyone before 100. And then we, what do we do? We got a random number generate. I didn't do this.
