And I think some of these quotes are a little troubling look at this I'm going to listen I'm going to be coachable and I'm going to do it to the best of my ability.

But if the bleep ain't working at some point we all have to look in the mirror it's a team sport we have to be locked in right you guys are familiar with the theme of accountability right.
