I realized you were asking me to introduce myself. I didn't know he was supposed to introduce himself either. He wasn't. I just Michael Dorff. Hi. I realized you were asking me to introduce myself.

And, you know, so that's why I did that. Well, anyhow, anyhow, Marianne, are you? And this is Fox. Okay. And, and, and if we all introduce our animals,

we'll be here for like hours. Right. Mine will wander in the background periodically.

All right. Well, this week we are delighted to have Michael Dwarf back. He is, of course, a constitutional law scholar and professor at Cornell Law School. And he's here to talk about one of our favorite

subjects and one of my dog's favorite subjects, squirrels. Well, I guess a very particular squirrel.

So welcome back to the hen report, Michael. Thanks. It's a pleasure to be here. Although I do

have a slight complaint. Okay. So not the last time, but the time before that, when I was part of the Henn report,

you dubbed me your wingman, which I thought was a nice term, better than my proposal of

resident rooster, which had all sorts of weird connotations.

But then last week, you referred to another guest as Wingman, and I felt

kind of jealous, honestly. Oh, no. It was Jan Dutkiewicz. Yes, I know. It was a great,

it was a great episode up until that moment. Yeah, then it all went downhill.

I had no idea that you thought this was an exclusive nomenclature.

We practice wingman polyamory at our henhouse.

But if we didn't communicate that properly to you, then I think we should probably make that. Polyamory is all about

communication. Yeah. Onending, processing. It'll take me a while, but I'll accept it, I guess.
