week we should probably talk about the hearts and feelings of women. We decided. We you decided

and I got on board. No, I think it's definitely worth talking about. Of course.

There's a soft sell in my part. You just you went for it. Yeah. So it's going to be a good conversation

today. We're going to talk about some of the feelings and emotions that we deal with as women

and in the roles that we we play or that we're in as a wife maybe and a mother possibly.

What we can do about the feel these feelings kind of the truth behind insecurities and you know

again how the gospel connects and helps us in our feelings and emotions and what what does the
