It is. But it's still healthy as it's like, right? But like corn is right, got a lot more carbs and stuff in it and like potatoes a vegetable. But like, nobody's will be like, you know, way to lose weight, eat more potatoes. Well, Ted, here's what I can't figure out. One night I had like a, they got a vegetable stir fry and they put extra spinach on top of it. All right. So I went all in, right? Now the next day, immediately like a salad shooter, I see spinach, I see carrots, I see onions, tomatoes. I see all these things come out as just the way I chewed them down my throat. How in the hell does this help your body? How is it soaking in any of the- It's like two weeks ago, wasn't it? Yeah, because like, you know, the snow peas looked the same. The carrots look the same. The spinach looks the same. How quick does your body extract these nutrients? Because Miles's point was, hey, man, I ate something healthy last night.
