0:46.6	Hey everybody. I am honored to be joined again today by my friend Health Care
0:51.3	Advocate, stage four cancer survivor, founder of Health Care Voices and
0:55.2	Executive Director of Get America Covered. Please welcome Laura Packard to the
0:59.4	beans. Laura, welcome. Thank you for having me. I am so excited to talk to you
1:03.8	today because it was just recently, third week of June or so, second week of
1:08.5	June, when the Supreme Court had decided that in California, V Texas for the
1:14.9	Affordable Care Act, this decision we've all been waiting on, that they
1:18.2	didn't have standing to sue. Basically because the mandate was brought down to
1:23.4	zero dollar penalty and so they didn't have any harm or injury to speak of and
1:29.6	so they decided seven to two, which is weird because it should be unanimous,
1:33.7	that they didn't have standing to sue. Therefore we have upheld once again in the
1:39.2	Supreme Court the Affordable Care Act. It can't. It doesn't so far has it lost
1:43.7	and I wanted your top line thoughts on that victory that victory in the Supreme
1:48.6	Court. Well, we are three for three in cases before the Supreme Court, which is
1:53.0	good news, but the bad news is all they have to do is win once to wreck devastation
1:59.5	on millions of Americans. You would think that people would learn from this
2:06.9	documented losing streak to leave people's health care alone, but I don't think
