the weekend. Creating both making artwork and doing things with my hand, working through ideas, and in particular

right now, writing. It is a form of self-therapy. And there's a quote by Louise Glick,

one of my favorite poets that says, and it says writing, but I think it could be creativity in general.

Writing is a kind of revenge against circumstance and bad luck, loss, pain.

If you make something out of it, then you've no longer been bested by these events.

And I think, so in reference to a particular time, I, so I mentioned I recently was diagnosed with MS.
