1:00.5	So today we are going to discuss the holidays, the holiday season, how difficult it is when
1:06.4	you're in a relationship with someone who is an abuser, a narcissistic abuser, abuser in general,
1:12.7	co-parenting with them. Obviously, sometimes when you're not in a relationship with them anymore,
1:18.8	they just can pop out of the woodwork here or there during the holiday season. And then we're
1:23.9	also going to get into the family dynamics of things as well.
1:30.4	And I know that's a big issue for everyone all the time, possibly, not just this season.
1:38.8	So I guess we're going to start off here.
1:43.3	You know, when it comes to current relationships with these people, I guess they just want to cause problems during this season from starting arguments or breaking up with you just before the major holiday is kind of going on.
1:58.9	It's a very controlling behavior.
2:00.4	It's a way to ruin your time or make everything always about them.
2:05.0	They love to discard you during the season.
2:07.9	And they like to set up your expectations during this season only to disappoint you.
