one not given when Rinaldo hits Eric Dyer's hand and the one given on Alex Tles and

they weren't that different. I thought that the Tellez won that once he's given it he it would be wrong to overturn it. Yeah if if that had gone against us I wouldn't have been that bothered not to get that penalty because in the end,

here, it comes down to the fact that a penalty is far too harsh a punishment for most of the offenses for which it's awarded.
