at least I guess you're already there. I'm already here. Yeah, I'm bringing you guys with me.

Come on up north to Canada where crypto regulation is getting tighter. So regulation is tightening for crypto exchanges and firms are

responding. Cracken has filed pre-registration paperwork with the Ontario Securities Commission

to become a registered restricted dealer in Canada. Coinbase is in talks to remain in the country,

while one of the articles we'll be discussing today says that it looks like finance is likely to leave.

Adam, I'm going to kick this off to you first.

What do you make of these tighter regulations all the way up north?

We've got the cold weather and now we can't even really interact with crypto the way we want to.

Well, I'll leave some of the Canada-specific sort of analysis for you, but my take

on it overall is that Canada is largely dependent and drives a lot of its monetary policy by sort of

what's going on here in the United States, policy around banking and stuff like that. The banking

sector up in Canada is also significantly smaller and much more kind of involved with the state
