0:46.4	So there's been an arrest in the Tornado Cash saga. A suspected 29-year-old developer has been

0:56.0	a release by the Fiscal Information and Investigation Service. The block reported the developer
1:01.4	is Alexei Perzev, as confirmed by his wife. The FIOD statement said on Wednesday,
1:08.9	August 10th, the FIOD arrested a 29-year-old man in Amsterdam. He is suspected
1:14.6	of involvement in concealing criminal financial flows and facilitating money laundering through
1:20.2	the mixing of cryptocurrencies through the decentralized Ethereum mixing service, Tornado Cash.
1:25.8	Multiple arrests are not ruled out. Also, Tornado Cash's website and
1:30.7	Discord both appear to be offline. Well, this is big news. I didn't think we were going to see
1:38.7	arrests in this. This is a developer who's who has allegedly worked on the tool.
