And just to lay a little bit of context, I was getting caught up on this story myself.

Binance U.S. is attempting to buy out Voyager and its remaining assets somewhat surrounded by rhetoric about making customers whole.

Now the SEC has basically attempted to stop this acquisition in part by claiming that the VGX token, which I guess is on

Voyager's balance sheet, is a security, and therefore the sale to finance US would amount to the

illegal sale of the security. All I will say is that

the outcome of this really should be that whoever Voyager's lawyers were in 2019 should go straight

to jail because the idea that you would be a U.S. domiciled and Canadian U.S. Canadian
