Crypto-Mu-O here. Let's get into it. What is the biggest story of the year and why?

0:28.8

So much has happened in 2022, especially in the crypto industry. I think the most important thing

0:36.7

or story to note is how regulation

0:39.9

backfired against everybody in the crypto industry. We're told that regulation is here to keep us

0:46.6

safe, that the SEC is here to keep us safe. But in reality, most of the companies that actually

0:52.0

harm consumers were licensed and registered to operate in the United States of America.

0:57.9

So even though I don't have one particular story that was the biggest story, I can say that because we haven't been able to determine good laws and regulation for crypto to actually protect consumers, we've done more damage

and to help people practice self-education and

1:30.2

critical thinking. Just because I talk about something doesn't mean that it's something

1:35.9

you may be interested. I always advocate for my audience to hear what I say, but to listen to

1:41.7

themselves. And that basically means getting information from people like me,

1:46.0

from CoinDest the Hash, any other publication, and coming up with a decision and an idea that

1:51.7

makes sense for you and your family. I love crypto, Bitcoin, NFTs, all of it, but at the same time,

1:57.5

I think it's really, really, really important that we all focus on improving

2:01.3

our quality of life and getting our information from a lot of different media sources or people

2:06.6

that are practicing citizen journalism. My favorite topic in crypto, honestly, is the whole entire

2:13.6

industry. And I know that that's a lot of information or a big idea. But realistically,

2:19.0

I love to see people from different walks of life come together, improve their quality of life,
