For me, my biggest mistake was not understanding that I could hire someone that could run my business better than me. That was my biggest lesson. And that's a mistake because I've been in business

for 10 years and it took me 10 years to figure out that one key hire can 5 to 10 X my business. Why would you think that,

like, why did it take this long to realize? Like, I told that to you for a long time.
