1:05.6	It is a $6.05 billion deal that is now signed and exclusive.
1:11.5	Those are sort of the operative terms because you'd probably heard that $6.05 billion figure
1:16.4	before now, but it was unsigned and non-exclusive.
1:20.3	And that means that the commanders can no longer take other offers while Harris gets the
1:24.4	deal approved by the League Finance Committee and ratified by at least 24 of the owners.
