is maybe we need to make some traits.

And of course, that is terrifying

to anybody that thinks the Mavericks have nobody capable of making trades well running the franchise right now.

So before you say, hey, I got some ideas here.

You probably want to fire your general manager and let a fresh set of eyes say,

like for instance, if somebody, at whatever work you do, whatever profession you're in,

if somebody made a complete disastrous decision over your business,

would you then say, hey man, I want you to be in charge of how we fix all this?
