So today, Starr's general manager, Jim Nill, made himself available to the media.

A couple days to decompress, let everyone else talk, and then he rolled in and had his say.

He said, I will not accept Jim Nilslander in these parts.

We protect him.

He's great.

But, yeah, he detailed a number of injuries and everything that the team was dealing with because people want to know.

They always say during a playoff run man you won't believe what they were actually doing injury

wise and you know I don't know that it changes anything partly because

your opponents are also hiding injuries, but here you go.

Miko Rantaninan, torn MCL.

Rope Hintz, torn hamstring.

Nathan Bastion, a broken finger.

Radic Faxa had the foot laceration.

May still need surgery.

Thomas Harley, of course, dealt with a broken foot.

Miro Heiskenen, a torn oblique, Artuhu, a high ankle sprain, and Nils Lundquist

concussion and facial laceration, which probably sucks.

So, you know, if you beat the stars, if you're a wild fan, you're going to say

those are excuses and you can. You're allowed to say that. That's fine. You won, so you get to say

whatever you want. But the stars, once again, do not get injury luck.

And maybe it wouldn't have mattered this year.

But it sure be nice to get everybody healthy at the same time one of these years.
