All right, so one day after the Mavericks announced their move to the former Valley View Mall site for a new arena and entertainment district.

Always remember the entertainment district aspect of all this.

The Dallas Stars just announced that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent to build an arena and

entertainment district themselves at the shops at Willow Bend.

And that'll be presented to the Plano City Council tonight, I believe.

Which will sign off on it in about a nano set.

Where do we sign?

So we've decided what to do with all these malls. Yeah. Just convert them into sports arenas. Is Willow bin, that's not an actual mall? Sports arenas are the paintball of the future. That's right. That's right. Willow Ben's not a mall. It's like just an outdoor pl no it was no it was it was a it was a full-on

mall I didn't know that it's kind of a they're pivoting away from that snake kind of a

attempt at a high end mall right yeah yeah it was I think the plan is they they do have they did

build kind of an outdoor promenade that was that was shops and restaurants off of the mall to try and drive traffic into the mall.

So I think that part is going to stay and the parking garages are going to stay, but then everything else is going to go.

They'll mow the mall down?
