I'm going to talk a little arena here, don't we?

Yeah, so we talked about it when the story broke,

it broke right at 330 yesterday, that the Mabs are purchasing attractive land up off of

635 in Preston, the old Valleyview Mall site. Well, they've entered an agreement to potentially

purchase. Right, right. Robert Walanski. Yeah, if you want to get into the intricacies of the deal. Well, Ollonski was on with the sweet spot earlier and said, you know, it doesn't mean this is a slam dunk that it's actually going to happen. It's kind of the first steps. And they also own that property out in Irving, the old Texas stadium site. And, you know, maybe this is just leverage for that... It's basically they've entered into an extended option period where they're making

monthly payments of over 100 grand.

170 a month.

Yeah.

And then at January 1st of next year, at that point, it will go up to like $2.75 a month. It's quite the mortgage.

Yeah. And they'll keep paying that until the deal ends. Okay. And there's a point where you have to

S or get off the pot. It's all headache stuff. But let's just assume that they are moving up there.

Probably that's what's going to happen

and if they don't you know maybe it ends up being out and out in irving or whatever the case and

you know i i heard those boys talking about it earlier sean really bitching about how this

ownership group doesn't care about the city of Dallas. And I ain't arguing that.

But it seems like that this announcement triggered a bunch of people that, oh my God,

I can't believe it's actually really going to happen.
