All right. The big article dropped today on the Lakers and how the sale of the team went down.

They sold to the guy that owns the Dodgers and owns Chelsea.

And of course, the bus family, legendary family that owned that franchise since 1979,

bought it for $60-something million and passed down to the family.

Jeannie Bus has been running it forever.

But what I didn't know about the bus family is how many hands were involved in all this.

How many siblings there are?

There are six.

And you talk about this is such an article of dysfunction.

It gave me tired head.

When it comes to a family.

And I just, I always go back to the fact whether it's two people or four or six when it comes to the kids trying to run a business that their parents passed down to him how horrible that must be and Jerry was very Jerry bus yeah was very much like Jerry Jones and Landman.

Legacy, family.

He wanted this to be a family business.

And every time he was asked if he wanted to sell,

he would say, well, if I sold, I'd have a big pile of money.

And then all I'd want to do is buy the Lakers.

Yeah.

They kept going over that scenario by the decade. And they would ask Jerry. He's like, well, I don't want the money. Just like Dave said, didn't I just sit there and be like, well, now I want to buy the Lakers. And then the kids, they repeated that over and over to the tune of in 2000. They thought they were going to get a billion dollars.

That's 25 years ago, a billion, which would have set all sorts of records, obviously.

It still sounds like a lot.
