in studio and uh a bonus segment

to say the least uh as he stays with us here for another one so so you mentioned this morning

then you just mentioned before the break about uh a little more um is physicality the term you used

i don't i don't want to misquote you yeah no i i think

i i said that and uh but i also don't want to uh mislead anybody on that term i mean you're not

promising slap shot no it's no it can't be slapped those days are gone yeah no those days are gone

unfortunately for trills um but those days are gone, unfortunately for Churals, but those days are gone.

But, you know, like I said, the playoffs, you know, especially at the end, four teams left,

then two teams left, and then one champion, it really becomes hand-to-hand combat.

Yeah.

And, you know, so it's almost like, you know, we're not running around with our sticks in the air trying to kill guys.

But at the end of the day, it does become about playing into people's gear and getting into people a little bit

and winning a 50-50 battle and getting something off the wall and into the middle so somebody can get to the net.

It does become a game uh a very simplified

dumb down version of the game of hockey because there's no space everyone's hunting everybody

so diligently they're not calling that many penalties no it's yeah they're letting everybody

settle it themselves so you've got to be you got to be able to play on a muddy track

and uh that's the that's the thing we found in the finals this year the the tracks muddy you got
