Today I want to talk about fertility and loss and struggling to grow a family, whether that's something

you personally walked through or something that someone you love is walking through,

it's almost impossible to avoid nowadays it seems and just through my own journey there was

some things that I learned some things I realized some hard lessons I had to just

digest and learn and process and so all of that said I thought that I would just kind of share some

encouragement if you are on a fertility journey or you know someone who is just

struggling to go to their family or trying to grow their family. I hope that this will not only

give you some insight if you're not the one struggling, but also give you some

encouragement if you are the one struggling. So all of that said, let's dive

into just a few pieces of encouragement for a fertility journey

So I want to talk about before I get into, you know, the thing I think was one of the most

encouraging things I heard in my own journey. I want to share a little bit about what I think

the hardest part of a fertility journey, a journey to

trying to grow your family, whether that's the adoption or fertility or both, the hardest part of
