0:25.1	this recorded I take that back we're alive yeah right now all of us. You know what? Bob had an idea today to talk about a subject that I think probably goes through a lot of our minds. Bob, why don't you introduce us to today's subject?

0:48.7	Ben, you know, a lot of people want to start a business. A lot of people that to start a business.

0:57.3	They've got a job right now and they've got some idea.

1:01.4	And beyond just the simple numbers right that
1:05.7	20% of businesses will fail in the first two years 45% will fail in the first five years
1:10.7	65% will fail before they get to be 10 years old right?
1:14.0	You're depressing me Bob. Yeah there's a lot of failure as an entrepreneur but let's say you
1:18.0	decide you want to make that that transition in your life in your career.
