13 basis points on this session here while the s mp 500 was down only five basis points for the

session now microsoft had a particularly good day we do hold microsoft within the alpha portfolio

but that didn't give us any alpha against the S&P 500 against

the NASDAQ and really anything else. What really kind of weighed against us was a tough

performance from firms like Zillow, Builders First Stores had a pretty tough day, Airbnb, pretty much

anything housing related, had a rough day. I think that's related to the conversation of the Fed

I think that would end the SB 500, probably the entirety of America, if the Fed decided not to cut in November.

But it seems like some, you know, like a central bank version of like buy curiousness as it relates to what they're going to do with interest rates in December is kind of spooking anything that's linked to interest rates and you don't get any more linked interest rates than within the housing market at least within US equities. Okay, let's go ahead and move into some of these banana bits of the day. This first one, God damn, I've been waiting so long to talk about this. I absolutely cannot wait for this to happen. I'm going to be tuned in the second that it gets released, but Donald Trump has officially confirmed that he's going to be going on the Joe Rogan Experience. The second largest podcast in the world behind the Daily Peel's Daily Podcasts Daily Podcasts of the day, obviously. But the Joe Rogan Experience is going to host the former president on Friday. I don't know if the episode is going to be released on Friday. But according to reports from Politico, that is when Trump Daddy is at least scheduled to head to Austin and record with Rogan. Now, I think if Rogan wanted to be smart about this, they would at least, you know, like his problem with Trump and the reason why he hasn't wanted to interview him in the passage, because he says, quote, unquote, I don't want to help him. Like, he doesn't want his massive platform of 14 million or so listeners to actually be influential for the election in favor of Donald Trump. And, you know, he's just worried about, it's understandable concerns. Like, I would be, you know, when Trump requested to come on the Daily Peel's Daily Podcasts of the day, I said, hey, probably not, man, we're, you know, pretty large and influential. We don't necessarily want to be skewing things on our own. So what the smart way to go about this would be, if Rogan really wants to kind of hold that up would be to record

sessions with both Trump and Harris and then release them at the exact same time. Now on the Spotify feed, one would be on top of the other. So I guess they would have to figure out exactly how they can do that in the most equitable way. But still, that would be the best way to do it. Record the podcast with both of them, bank them until they have both recorded and then drop them at the same time, make them, you know, have similar conversations and be just as challenging on questions, go, you know, a similar length ideally, shit like that. But oh my God, I absolutely cannot wait. Harris has kind of come out and said that she wants to go on the Joe Rogan experience or she wants to go on the platform. I'm sure Rogan would have her on there if he's going to have Trump, but this hasn't yet been confirmed, so expect that to get confirmed in the next couple of days. Okay, moving on down into our next banana bit of the day. We have Starbucks reporting earnings after hours here. Shares were down 3% last I looked. Excuse me, sales were down 3%. The stock is down

way more than 3% last I looked. Let me go ahead and double check on exactly how far down it is now.
