my happiness spectrum. happiness is a topic that we need a better and deeper understanding of as we're going through the self actualization process and as we're doing personal development.

We need to know better what kinds of happiness are good for us and

then what kinds are bad for us. And so in this video what I'm going to be talking about is I'm

making a distinction between two fundamental types of happiness.

This distinction will help you in your personal development journey to go through and identify

which happiness is the one that's the most right for you. And then also I'm going to share with you my happiness spectrum,

which is this large list that I created,

which takes you through all the fundamental categories of happiness that you can have in your life,

and then we kind of rank them, and we're going to show you which ones are the lowest quality

happinesses, and which ones are the highest quality happiness.

the number one activity that you can do
