Looking forward to our study, Daniel chapter 5.

It's been a couple of weeks, but but no it's been longer than a couple of

weeks sorry but Daniel 5 tonight Lord willing and we'll get through the this I know I see

this about every chapter it's an amazing chapter and about 23 years have passed since chapter four and

chapter five. And Daniel is in get this, he's in his mid to late 80s now at this time.

And Nebuchadnezzar, the king, his 43 year reign as king of Babylon had ended, and he's long gone at this point.

And we're going to be introduced to a guy by the name of Belchazer, who was actually

Nebuchadnezzar's grandson. So for those who read ahead to stay ahead,

you already know what's ahead. This is a well-known chapter, relatively speaking, because in it

is the account of how God uses a hand, comes out of nowhere, to write on the wall

concerning the end of the Babylonian kingdom like right then.
