So I called a company asking to please send me the pants.

And this is the thing that before we can send you out the merchandise.

Come get your stuff if you want to.

But I'm not doing chores.

It is sending me what I order or give me a refund.

Why this against company policy?

It's against my policy to keep having this conversation.
