All right, so picture this with me just for a moment.

You are standing in a long hallway, stretching as far as the eye can see.

Now lining both sides are countless doors.

Some are or are innate, some are inviting.

Others are just really simple or even just a bit, I don't want to know what's behind that door kind of feeling.

But each door in this hallway, it represents a different thought, a different focus.

And so here's the kicker.

Whichever door you choose to open is a reality that you step into.

Oof. We are diving in heavy, early on in this episode. Let's go for it. I had this image

pop into my head the other day when I was feeling particularly frazzled. I'll just put it that way.

I had been fixating on all of the things that were going wrong. Is this ever happened to you?

Right? Does that happen? I mean, just overwhelmed as I'm just trying to work out so many things

behind the scenes and we're moving into a house that's been

under a long renovation and my deadlines are piling up and there's terrible Wi-Fi during

business zooms and important calls and spilling coffee on my favorite shirt on said important

Zoom. You know those days where it feels like the entire universe is conspiring against you?

Well, I was deep in one of those spirals.

And then I caught myself because I'm trying to be aware.

I'm trying to practice this.

Because I realized I'm an opening door after door labeled frustration.

Overwhelmed. Door labeled not enough time. And when you know it, behind each of those doors was exactly what I expected. More frustration, more overwhelmed,

more running out of time, more stress, more chaos, just like the doors were labeled as.
