And I set an appointment, but I don't want to go up in the office and be all embarrassed.

That my teeth aren't as clean as they should be.

And so I have a permanent retainer because I'm an adult child,

which means that there is a piece of metal on my bottom teeth that will not go away.

And, you know plaque is going to build up there

So I bought on Amazon a dentist kit with the scrapers and the little handheld mirror that goes in your mouth.

And I've been systematically from tooth to tooth, scraping off plaque from my teeth,

and I went a little too deep and I got a little cutsy and now I'm a

little concern because at this point I cut my own hair and now I'm cleaning my

own teeth as a dentist should I feel like I'm
