I'm doing good. I just had to text my wife about that we're recording now because she's coming home and probably while we're going to be doing this and try not to, we wouldn't want to distract from the show like I'm doing right now by mentioning it that I'm doing this. I don't know. That's why I was texting. I don't know how you feel about behind the scene stuff, but I like telling the good folks about what the fetching Mrs. Willow is up to, but she had some family in town to show them around D.C. That's a lot of fun. Yes, yes. Yeah, Michelle had her cousin who just moved to the States and down to North Carolina, and so they wanted to see what Washington, D.C. was like. And so we took them all around. It was a good time. Very exciting. They got to see the metro. So I grew up around the metro. That seems like terribly boring to me. But if you've never been on a subway, I know people will go to New York for the first time. They're like, I want to see the subway. And I'm like, you really shouldn't if we don't have. I would avoid like to play. For those of you listening on audio, you must be making pulling a face just now. I will say there's not a lot of sports talk for me this week. But I will say that there's been a little bit of scuttlebut about Brandon Iyuk,

who is a former teammate of Jaden Daniels, maybe being moved from the 49ers to the commanders

and those two reuniting. And I'm not sure how I feel about that. I think Iyukes may be a little

bit of a troublemaker. So, well, I don't know. You should, what, you don't want to have the 20, 22 San Francisco 49ers as your entire team? I don't know. We'll see, we'll see what happens. I don't know. We got, we got scary Terry back. I mean, the offseason's been a little, a little bit puzzling for me. But again should we should part of our spin-off podcast should

probably be sports talk we'll see yeah well the whole sports world is talking about another

jalen hertz uh hit piece that was out there i don't maybe hit piece is too harsh but just more talking

about how jalen hurts is supposedly not good enough quarterback or whatever.

One season removed from Super Bowl MVP, but we've got to have this conversation every year.

Is that national media or is it, because Philly people are very, very fickle.

Is that national media saying that or is it Phil? Yes, ESPN had a whole story where they did kind of a Carson Wentz vibe to it of like, oh, he doesn't

listen to coaching.

But I don't know, man, he's been to two Super Bowls already and he won one of them.

So he's made the playoffs every single year.

He's been a pro.

No one's saying that about Joe Burroughs.

He's ever been.

He's been to one?

There's a certain, you know, there's narratives in the NFL, just like anywhere else.
