You know, on this season of Chasing Life, I somehow managed to convince every single member of my household

to travel down the stairs into my tiny basement podcasting studio and sit down and talk with me for over an hour.

In fact, for the first time ever, I recorded these one-on-one conversations with all three of my daughters,

Sage, Sky, Soleil, and now it's my wife's turn, Rebecca.

The problems in society, the problems with girls and depression, the problems that we've all been talking about,

I am very, very much concerned about those things.

Do I think that social media is to blame?

It's really hard for me to say.

Like my daughters, Rebecca doesn't hold back.

iPhones are almost like a parasite that's destroying its host instead of a parasite that has a symbiotic relationship with its host.

It's been such an incredible journey as a doctor, a journalist.

But most importantly, as a dad, and Rebecca is my partner in all things, including parenting.

Most of the time, I end my day with Rebecca.
