Hello, my dolls. Welcome back to the busy yet pretty podcast. I'm your host, Jaden

0:15.5

Haley. I'm so excited for today's episode because these topics are my favorite to talk about because I'm so

0:22.8

excited I just want to get straight into today's episode starting off with the weekly review

0:28.0

this week I've been really trying to prioritize daily movement and let me tell you it feels so

0:34.9

good I know it's cliche for people to say, oh, add movement in your day, add healthy foods,

0:40.6

add healthy habits. When you do, that just goes to show that cliche things are cliche for a reason

0:48.5

0:56.1

wind blowing with your friend, followed by Air One smoothies and a nice lunch is exactly what I

1:02.9

needed for a summer day. Another thing this week is I have been visiting YouTube again. I'm so

1:09.0

excited because I've already filmed two videos and I'm actually

1:14.1

having so much fun doing it when I really authentically film it and not be such a perfectionist

1:20.3

about it. Instead of having the all or nothing mindset, I've been doing it more freely and it feels

1:25.6

so good and I'm looking so forward to starting it again.

1:28.4

Not to do a little self promo, but feel free to go subscribe to my YouTube and turn on post

1:33.6

notifications so you know when I upload the new videos.

1:36.8

Another thing this week is I have been really good at keeping up with tasks.

1:41.5

So when tasks arrive instead of procrastinating them, I just kind of do it

1:46.4

head first and let me tell you, I've accomplished so much by doing that. Other than that, this

1:52.3

week I've been just relaxing by the pool and really trying to consciously be positive. It can get

1:58.8

easy to get your head wrapped in stress and other things and it's always

2:03.7

good to make conscious effort to be positive even if you're not feeling it. And I see such a difference

2:10.0

when I actually consciously affirm positive emotions and really just acknowledge what I'm grateful
