new deal. It's long. I was thinking maybe I'd read it to you, but it's long. So, um,

broad strokes here. There's your 30,000 foot view. The green new deal legislation

sets goals for drastic measures to cut carbon emissions across the economy.

From electricity generation to transportation to agriculture, it claims it will create jobs and boost

the economy. The proposal stresses it aims to meet its goals while paying special attention to

groups like the poor, disabled and minority communities that might be disproportionately effective,
