On February 28, 26, Donald announced a full-scale military campaign against Iran on a video he posted to his failing social media site in the middle of the night.

Congress learned about it at the same time the American public did.

Since then, at least seven U.S. service members have been killed. Independent monitoring groups documented at least 1,701 Iranian civilians have been killed between February 28th and April 7th,

and that includes at least 254 children.

The war is now estimated to be costing the American tax payer approximately $1 billion per day.

The 60-day deadline required by the war powers resolution has expired,

meaning that a war that was likely already illegal is now also unconstitutional.

Congress voted on whether Donald needed authorization to continue the war, and that vote failed.

Donald then sent Congress a letter arguing that because he had ordered a two-week ceasefire on April 7th,

the clock should be reset, meaning he no longer required authorization.
