0:27.4	James, we're just remarking how it feels like it's
0:30.2	been a really long time since we recorded I mean sitting at my desk
0:33.7	here using Zoom and and garage band just feels so so different after a couple of
0:39.5	in-person sessions. Yeah it feels it feels much more like a phone call or
0:43.1	possibly you know communicating with somebody in outer space versus having you right in
0:47.4	the living room here. Yeah. You don't have to twist my arm to make more more
0:50.9	scenarios where we get to record face to face but yeah I guess there's a different energy you know I guess yeah
0:56.5	I think there's a different pace as yeah yeah no zoom between it felt a little rambly and whatever but I think you know we were we were really nice and relaxed and I think that made a difference so all right well anyway here we are back in our usual spots. How's it going? What's new with you You had some serious travel after I left Toronto.
1:13.7	Yeah, you know, I'm okay. I think I'm about as sick as I've been in the last couple years. I've got some sort of
1:18.7	a stomach bug in the last 24 hours or so. So if I seem a little little fuzzy you have my apologies of course I'll do my best to
1:27.1	Keep the energy level up you know I guess since we last recorded that would have been on a Sunday. Yeah, well and then I was I was home for much of that week and then on Friday I went to Newport for the Audrain Newport Concord ofance and that was great with the Longa you know hard to
1:46.9	complain cars and some of the nicest watches in the world and you know I was there
1:50.9	with Blake and Troy and Matt Harannock and we had a really good time and that was a couple of very busy days.
