0:36.8	I am, yeah, I think the jet lag was like weirdly chill this year,
0:40.0	the easiest I've had in years,
0:41.7	and I'm gonna be honest,
0:42.4	I think it comes down to the change in alcohol.

0:45.7	Like I think I just, I left Geneva much less run down
0:48.8	that I might have previously, and I drank when I was in Geneva for sure.
0:52.1	And then coming home and just kind of going back to not drinking very much.
0:56.0	Yeah. It just, I just didn't find the jet lag to be a considerable element.
1:00.5	Like, I was able to stay up until bedtime on the night I got back which I think makes a big difference.
1:06.0	I was staying up so late in Geneva to begin with that I was you know kind of padding the delta between the two timesons anyways.
