Yeah we sure do you want to start there? Yeah yeah I think we just dive right in because I think it's pretty exciting.

Yeah I agree as much as I'm sure people want to know about the weather in Toronto and in

Minneapolis it is important that we get to this this is something that we've been

thinking about for a really long time and working on.

We wanted a new place for all of the show notes and we wanted a way for it to be searchable and

subscribeable and even have comments and the rest of it.

So we've moved the entire show notes platform,

that's all 146 episodes, to sub stack.
