Okay, I have to talk about something very important that I've experienced recently.

A lot of people dread it.

I didn't exactly look forward to it, but left with a joyous feeling of not only accomplishment,

but an enjoyable experience.

I had a colonoscopy. And I left there, ebullient, walking on air. Part of it was that I got a, the doctor referred to my test results

as an A plus. Okay. So for those of you who are concerned, either that, you know, I'm a senile old man or that I have a bad colon, I want you to realize that I am in the fit of health for a man my age, an a plus colon, not a polyp to be found. I am polyp free. And not only that, I'm, I'm recommending to all of my middle-aged and older listeners.
