0:00.0	In 1960, a TV repair company called The Forsyth Associates set up offices in the Green
0:09.8	Breyer Resort.
0:11.7	The Green Breyer Resort, or the Green Breyer, as guests and locals called it, is a 700
0:16.5	room luxury hotel nestled in the Allegheny Mountains of West Virginia.
0:21.4	Guests were drawn to the resort for its beautiful nature, its surrounding spring waters.
0:26.5	It was also a real playground for politicians, celebrities, for the Southern elite.
0:31.8	Because this was a luxury place for fancy people, everything had to function perfectly.
0:38.3	No squeaky beds, every color TV in perfect working order.
0:42.8	So inside the hotel, the Forsyth Associates were doing just that.
0:47.1	They had a maintenance shop and an administrative building, and they fixed all the broken TVs.
0:52.1	They made sure the cable programming ran uninterrupted.
0:55.8	They were in charge of the hotel's audio-visual needs.
0:59.4	That is what they said they were doing anyway.
1:03.4	Because besides doing that, the Forsyth employees had another job.
1:10.0	They also maintained a top secret government bunker built to withstand an atomic blast,
1:15.9	hidden underneath the hotel.
1:18.8	The bunker was meant as a post-apocalyptic congressional vault.
1:24.5	Eventually, their little secret got out.
