She had an MRI done on Tuesday, July 8th.

The cancer has spread, and there is a tumor on her spine.

This is a message for all of us.

Thursday, July 10th, 2025. Personal message from Pastor J.D. First and foremost,

Kelly and I cannot thank all of you enough for praying. Please, please, please,

please continue to pray, specifically concerning the aggressive spreading of the cancer to Kelly's spine,

requiring two major emergency spinal cord surgeries over the next four days.

Actually, this is already unmistakably the Lord, harking into the many prayers and cries, as Kelly was in what they call the golden hour,

which is a 24-hour period of time to perform an emergency spinal cord surgery of this magnitude with the risk being that she could become a quadriplegic

or worse it would result in her death I'm staying passage days

passage jd continues I'm staying by Kelly's side in the hospital and Elias, Levi, and Sabia are here when they're able, especially on the two surgery days.

This has brought us closer together as a family, and more importantly, it has brought all of us closer to the Lord during our time of need.

He alone is the great physician who we look to, trust in and rely upon.

As such, you'll be in the very loving pastoral care and teaching about Pastor Le Tew and Pastor Mac until I am able to return,

which Lord willing will be as soon as possible. I appreciate the grace and understanding you've all shown to my family as well as myself.
