0:05.4	have a crystal ball. But I have been analyzing the real estate market professionally for a decade,
0:10.9	and I've looked at all the recent data, home prices, mortgage rates, inflation, unemployment,
0:16.5	and more. And what I can tell you are the potential paths the housing market could follow. Real
0:22.0	estate could crash. It could melt up. We could continue the current great stall dynamic.
0:27.5	There could be a black swan event. And you can make money investing in any of these potential
0:32.9	future housing markets, but you need to take the right steps to prepare yourself today. So in this
0:38.9	episode, I'll project which of these real estate markets I think are the most and least likely
0:43.8	to happen. And then I'll give you my best advice for how to adjust your portfolio before they take
