Your point of view creates your reality.

Reality does not create your point of view.

So if you can change your point of view about something, if you get over the stress around something and you notice it shows up differently. So if you can change your point of view, you can change your reality. And then the other thing to really embrace is that what's true for us makes us feel lighter. A lie always makes us feel heavier.

And the difficulty is we live in a world where we think the thing that we need to focus the

most energy on is the thing that's the heaviest. But instead, if we would focus on the things

that are the lightest, deal with the heavy if we have to to change it, change our perspective.

So the lie in it goes away.

Then we've got a totally different way of functioning because the more lightness you choose

over time, the lighter your life gets.
