or as it goes out through your mouth.

Maybe it's the physical rise and fall of your chest and stomach.

How does it feel

does it make you feel in return? Rest your attention there and

time your mind wanders bring it back to this place.

Gatsby's house was ablaze with light from within, and the man came toward him, eagerly and seemingly
