This evening, we are returning to the Great Gatsby. But before that, take some time to unwind and relax. Take a Relax.

Take a deep breath in and a long, slow exhale. Gently close your eyes and take another nice big inhale.

Slowly breathe out again and start to feel your body relax.

Keep breathing deeply and on the next slow exhale allow yourself to fully arrive into your body.

Into this moment and into your breath. Find a natural rhythm of breathing for you.

Leave behind all the stresses of the day, all the thoughts and worries about what you need to do tomorrow,

and gift yourself this time for you while I recap on the last episode. Parties were held all weekend every weekend at Gatsby's.

People were either brought by others or some showed up entirely uninvited from all over New York,

many not even meeting their host.

One day, Gatsby's butler arrived at Nick's house with a rare formal

invitation. Nick arrived alone and clung desperately to Jordan Baker when he saw her on the steps.

She kept him company and they sought out Gatsby together.

He was full of embarrassment and surprise when the man he had been talking to about the Army

some time later was revealed to be the host himself.
