A gentleman I've known for quite a while, have a great deal of respect for Doug Woodward, Doug.

It's going to be fun talking again.

Hey, thank you, just like old times.

Just like old times. And I am holding a book here,

and I have to tell you, this captivated me when I first started. And the book is called Descent Into Evil, and you say, what in the world's that about?

And then you open it up and it's all about the end of World War II and what happened in America.

World War II is, I think, the very first scientific war.

In other words, science on both sides played a huge role on how the war came out.

And everybody has heard about the quote-unquote German scientists, Adolf Hitler and his German scientists.

And I think everybody has heard about how those German scientists, at least many of them, came to America after World War II

and sort of immersed themselves into our society. And that's just about all anybody knows about

that. They may have heard about it. Maybe not. Your book deals with it, I'd say, in great depth.

Yes, it does. The most famous incursion of the Nazis was Project Paperclip, in which perhaps

120 or so German scientists associated with essentially rocketry came into the United States and formed the basis of our rocket technology and really the basis of NASA.

And so we've we've all heard about that.

But what we haven't realized or haven't known is that that's probably about 1% of what really happened.

And the rest of it is not taught to us.

And, of course, I like to do that.

I like to tell tales that are true, but nobody knows.

And what a story it is.
