Palmer to carry out his threat to hold FBI Director Christopher Ray in contempt of Congress.

High-ranking FBI officials delivered the subpoenaed FD 1023 form to Congress today,

but refused to leave the document with the committee. Following the FBI meeting with Palmer and

ranking member Raskin, which took place in a secure skiff on Capitol Hill, Chairman

Palmer released the following statement. At the briefing the FBI again refused to hand over

the unclassified record to the custody of the House Oversight Committee, and we will now

initiate contempt of Congress hearings this Thursday. And the world's spy chiefs meeting in a secret

conclave in Singapore. Over the weekend senior intelligence officials from the world's largest

intel agencies held a secret meeting. The reason for that meeting is unknown. A source with
