I'm Lou Dimes with the Great America Show Midday Update House Judiciary Committee Chairman

Jim Jordan has launched an investigation into appearances of misconduct by the FBI and

the Department of Justice related to the Jack Smith Special Council.

That DOJ and FBI wrongdoing relates to the FBI's raid on Mar-a-Lago and the FBI's search

and seizure of once classified documents in the possession of President Trump.

Chairman Jordan demands that the Department of Justice and FBI respond to him within two

weeks, Jordan making certain there's no repeat of the FBI political interference and misconduct

in both the 2016 and 2020 presidential elections.

The partisan battle over the national debt ceiling is over, the Senate passing the legislation

suspending the sailing until January 1st of 2025.

Sixteen rhinos joining the Democrats to pass the bill, 63-36.

President Biden is expected to be clicking his heels as he signs it.
